1. What makes TSC stand out among other facility maintenance companies?
We are unique because we are a Class A General Contractor, which means you don’t have to search and manage sub-contractors. We can do everything through one point of contact for our clients.

2. How soon will TSC respond to an emergency call?
We aim to respond to P1 calls within 3 hours. Many times it doesn’t take that long. Our 24-hour emergency number is 804-342-8086.
3. Does TSC provide full- or part-time maintenance techs?
We have many models. In addition to performing work T/M on a call out or scheduled basis, TSC can provide a dedicated on-site technician (full- or part-time) with or without a Service Company van, tools, etc.
4. Does TSC provide overnight and weekend work?
Our techs are available 24/7 for regular and emergency work. After hours and weekend work is billed at 1.5x, Holidays are billed at 2x.
5. Who would our facilities department be working with at TSC?
Your account will be assigned to a dedicated project manager. The PM is responsible for coordinating dispatch, scheduling, work orders, status reports and general contracting responsibilities. One phone call is all it takes to put our team into action.
