Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager
Oversee the estimation, planning, coordination and tracking of specific short-term construction and renovation projects. Provide detailed project completion documentation to accounting department for billing.
Responsibilities
Develop and update weekly Key Point indicator (KPI) for quotes generated, quotes won, and dollar amounts of approved quotes.
Ensure that the agreed upon process flow regarding information, peer interaction and information is followed. Ask peer employees for their input on solutions to problems, best practices, etc.
Ensure bid formatting is followed and the net profit is realized.
Consistently review projects, ensure invoicing is completed by 10‐days maximum, partial invoicing as well when applicable, follow invoicing guidelines.
Handle customer complaints; provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution, keep supervisor/CEO informed.
Complete action plans as needed. Report back to service/operations managers any action plan required for in‐house techs or sub‐contractors. Follow up meeting with supervisor/CEO to review progress.
Record all documents in each Quote, work order/project work order in ServiceTrade immediately upon receipt. Ensure all comments needed are also recorded.
Process bills received within 5‐days to accounting. Include all required details and your signed approval. Save a copy in ServiceTrade documents area, visible to “your company only.”
Create and ensure a safe work environment.
Create sense of urgency in the building with all levels of employees.
Actively promote employee involvement. Ask employees for their input on solutions to problems, best practices, etc.

Minimum Education and Experience
High school degree (or equivalent).
Experience in commercial construction/maintenance field or 3+ years of project management experience.

Electrician (Apprentice, Journeyman, or Master)
The Service Company of Virginia is seeking an experienced and skilled commercial electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial electrical systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems in commercial buildings, as well as troubleshooting and resolving any electrical issues that may arise. Must be a self-motivated team player with a passion for providing exceptional service.
