Minimally Invasive Plumbing Repair

Locate the problem area

When a client heard rushing water beneath their floors, we put our ears to the ground and pinpointed the estimated location of the faulty pipe. We made a small hole in the carpet and subfloor to drop our camera down for inspection.
Camera pinpoints the leak

Using a telescoping camera, our team located a pen-prick sized hole in the copper tubing that was causing the leak beneath the floor.
Repair and clean up

We patched the copper tubing for a permanent fix and cleaned up the leaked water. Then we repaired the subfloor, re-laid the carpet, and turned the water back on. All in about an hour.
