Coronavirus (COVID-19): A Message To Our Clients
Dear TSC Clients,
The recent spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) has generated a lot of concern and many questions. While developments have been fast-moving, like many of you we have been closely monitoring the situation.
We must all take great care and exercise caution in everything we do. Our most important concern is the health and safety of our clients and our team members.
The purpose of this message is to share some information about protocols, expectations, actions and responsibilities with regards to the management of your building facilities. Please note the following:
- TSC’s ability to monitor incoming information through our maintenance and ticket reporting systems is cloud based. That means that TSC expects to be able to receive and communicate information even if our employees are working remotely or otherwise impacted by the COVID-19 virus situation. To contact us, please use any of the means listed in #2 below.
- If you are aware of a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19 in your workplace or in your building, we ask you to report it to us immediately. You can report this information through the same channels as a regular maintenance request, by sending an email to email@example.com, calling 804-342-8086, or going online to our website at https://theserviceco.com/contact-us
- If we do receive a CONFIRMED report of COVID-19 in, or directly related to, one of our client properties, we will coordinate with the CDC and any other appropriate authority. We will also promptly contact all of our clients in the affected property.
- In the event of a reported or confirmed COVID-19 case affecting one of your properties, we will adjust our services to comply with directives advised by the CDC or the applicable governmental authorities.
When developing your plans for dealing with this issue within your organization, we encourage you to refer to the Center for Disease Control (CDC) website (http://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/) and the World Health Organization (WHO) website (https://www.who.int/emergencies/diseases/novel-coronavirus-2019).
If you have any comments, concerns, or issues to report, please do not hesitate to let us know.
